We are seeking an Experienced Horticulture Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and maintenance of high-quality landscape and green infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in planting design, soil management, irrigation systems, and sustainable horticulture practices, ensuring that all outdoor environments reflect aesthetic excellence, environmental responsibility, and long-term performance.
Design, plan, and implement horticulture and landscape development projects.
Select appropriate plant species based on climate, soil conditions, project requirements, and sustainability goals.
Prepare detailed planting layouts, soil treatment plans, and irrigation strategies.
Supervise site execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to design specifications.
Manage plant procurement, nursery coordination, and on-site plantation works.
Monitor plant health, growth cycles, pest control, and soil nutrition programs.
Coordinate with architects, landscape designers, and project managers for integrated outdoor solutions.
Ensure compliance with environmental standards, safety regulations, and best horticultural practices.
Provide maintenance schedules and long-term landscape care strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, or green infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of plant species, soil science, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping practices.
Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional landscape projects.
Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent site management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
